I design solutions to human problems as an innovation designer with 20+ years experience in the field. I create work grounded in research, best practices and data executed with human-centered methodologies such as Design Thinking, behavioural-science, lean startup and empirical research to create meaningful innovative digital concepts, strategies, products and experiences.

As a senior UX Designer, innovation manager and UX Manager I have a proven record in creating, growing and optimizing human-centred UX, research, concept development, teams, and growth strategies. I combine this experience with an analytical mindset and hunger to explorer the unknown so I can, together with the team, formulate insights and realise strategic goals, while at the same time making the world a better place through environmental and social impact wherever I can.

UX Design is a broad skillset with the focus of delivering a great human-centred experience for the target audience. My foundation lies in interaction design and data-driven design & analytics.

Innovation

I love to operate in the (partly) unknown. To be able to ask the right questions, take the right steps and do the right research to shed light on hard complex problems and their possible solutions.

Design for change

I create products and services that makes people act by leveraging behavioural science like nudges, triggers and interventions. Challenging the status quo gives me energy.
